Kirup Syrup

homemade grappa sold at $5 a flagon.

Contributor's comments: Red wine obtained by the flagon produced in Kirup a small town South East of Donneybrook in SW of WA. Italian vineyards.

Contributor's comments: Kirup is a tiny country villiage in the SW of WA, between Donnybrook and Balingup on the SW highway. The general store sells Kirup Syrup - I guess they make it themselves. There's a big sign out the front on the roof advertising it.

Contributor's comments: I have heard that Kirup Syrup used to be made of plum, potato and other fruit but now it's made from grapes. Whether it's true or not I don't know.
