New Feature: My Account portal
Feb 27, 2014
The 'My Account' administrator portal is a new feature that allows all individual susbcribers and the designated administrators under an institutional subscription to manage their subscription details online.
Individual subscribers can access this portal directly by clicking the My Account link at the top of the page once they have logged in.
Institutional administrators will need to sign in as an admin user first, then click on the My Account link.
Once in the portal simply use the light-green tabs to navigate to the different sections. Edit or add information as required.
Here you will find the administrator's login and contact details, billing address, and for institutional subscribers any additional contact persons you have listed for your account.
This section has all details for your current subscription period at the top of the page as well as the payment status for that period. Your subscription history is also located here. When your subscription is due for renewal, there will be a 'Renew now' button that appears at the bottom of the page.
My Words (individual subscribers only)
A list of your saved favourite words. View the definitions or delete words from your list. Your favourite words list can also be viewed from the search results page on the My Words tab.
Access (institutional subscribers only)
Here is where you will find a record of your current access methods, such as an individual subscriber username, a company-wide shared username, and a record of your IP addresses. You can update the username or password, and add IP addresses as needed. Library subscribers will also see an option for membership barcode access.
Usage stats (institutional subscribers only)
Website usage statistics are available from January 2014 and include a summary of sessions, page views and searches. The Subscription search log shows a list of recently searched words, and the Subscription page views show a list of the recently visited pages.
